Colonial Square Condominium Association

Welcome to Colonial Square!

Colonial Square is located two miles outside of downtown Peterborough with 40 residential condominium units.  Originally built in 1986, it includes unique residential units with mature landscaping, brick walkways, and maintained grounds with an overall look consistent with a small New England neighborhood.

The Colonial Square Condominium Association (CSCA) is responsible for short- and long-term maintenance of common areas and provides a safe community for owners and residents.  The common areas services include snow plowing, outside landscaping and forestry and trash removal.

The CSCA currently has five volunteer board members and a projects manager and operates under New Hampshire laws and the Colonial Square bylaws.
